- Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, and usage analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the Services.
Information from connected services
With your authorization we may receive data from third-party integrations such as Whoop, Oura, Apple Health, Garmin, Dexcom, Quest, Function, 8sleep, Strava, and LabCorp.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, personalize, and improve the Services and AI advisor.
- Generate protocols, recommendations, and analytics for you.
- Communicate updates, support responses, and transactional notices.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. AI Processing
The Services use artificial intelligence to interpret your inputs and generate recommendations. AI outputs are not medical advice and may be incorrect or incomplete. We do not sell your personal information. We may use de-identified data - data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you - to evaluate and improve our models and Services. Our AI infrastructure providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their own general-purpose models. You can contact privacy@p3one.ai to opt out of the use of your de-identified data for model improvement.
4. How We Share Information
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, email, AI infrastructure) under contractual confidentiality.
- Integrations you explicitly connect.
- Legal & safety when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

5. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law, including the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and applicable state breach-notification laws.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, and similar US state laws, as well as EU/UK GDPR if applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. 8. HIPAA Notice
P3 One is a consumer technology platform and is generally not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Health information you submit is treated as confidential personal data under this Policy, not as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
9. Children
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. International Users
We operate in the United States. By using the Services you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
