What we collect
Health and performance data you provide or connect, including bloodwork and biomarkers, body composition, training, nutrition, supplements, peptides, sleep, recovery, and goals.
How we use it
To provide, personalize, and improve the Services and your AI advisor, and to generate your protocols, recommendations, and analytics.
Consent
We collect and process your consumer health data only with your consent, which you provide when you create an account and submit or connect data. We do not sell consumer health data. We will not share your consumer health data except with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, integrations you explicitly connect, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent, access, or delete your consumer health data, and request a list of third parties with whom it has been shared, by emailing privacy@p3one.ai. We will honor withdrawal of consent and deletion requests as required by law.
Data security and breach notification
We maintain safeguards designed to protect your data and will notify you and regulators of breaches affecting your information as required by law, including the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and applicable state laws.
